Booking Safety
Use these practical steps before, during and after an ELYRA meeting. Safety tools can reduce risk, but they cannot guarantee personal safety.
Before the meeting
- Read the profile and confirm the agreed lawful activity.
- Prefer a public, familiar meeting place for first meetings.
- Tell a trusted person your plan and expected return time.
- Keep your own transport and essential belongings under your control.
- Do not share OTPs, passwords, UPI PINs or unnecessary financial information.
During the meeting
- Respect personal boundaries and consent at all times.
- You can leave or end the meeting if you become uncomfortable.
- Use Safety Mode when available for an eligible active booking.
- Do not pressure anyone to share private information or continue an activity.
Safety Mode
Where available, an active Safety Mode session can support temporary location updates and emergency alerts. Location sharing should be permission-based and is not intended for public profile display.
Emergency
If you are in immediate danger in India, call 112. An ELYRA SOS or emergency feature does not replace emergency services.
Report & block
Report suspicious, abusive or unsafe behavior through the platform where available. Block users when needed. For serious threats, also contact the appropriate authorities.
Strict rules
ELYRA does not allow sexual services, prostitution, trafficking, exploitation, coercion, meetings involving minors, harassment, fraud, impersonation or other illegal activity.
