About ELYRA
What is ELYRA?
ELYRA is a platform for adults to discover people and arrange lawful social companionship and agreed activities. It is not a platform for sexual services or illegal activity.
Who can use ELYRA?
ELYRA is strictly for people aged 18 and above. Do not create an account or arrange a meeting if you are under 18.
Can I browse profiles for free?
Public creator discovery can be available without a subscription. Booking access may require an active ELYRA subscription and other safety checks.
Subscriptions & Payments
What are the current customer plans?
The current plans are ₹199 for 1 month and ₹699 for 1 year. The applicable price and terms are shown in the payment flow.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Booking access requires an active, non-expired subscription. You can view your current subscription status from your account.
Does ELYRA charge creators a platform fee?
ELYRA currently advertises 0% platform fee on creator bookings, meaning creators currently keep 100% of their booking earnings, subject to applicable payment and commercial terms.
What is the ₹20 creator activation fee?
Creator activation currently uses a one-time ₹20 manual activation payment. Payment alone does not make a profile live: identity and age verification approval is also required.
Verification
Why do creators need ID and a selfie?
For safety, scam/fraud prevention and platform trust. The submitted ID and selfie are used for identity verification and are not intended for unauthorized or unrelated use.
How long does verification take?
Verification is manually reviewed. Reviews usually take around 2 hours, but this is an estimate and not a guaranteed processing time.
When does a creator profile become live?
A creator profile can become active only after the required ₹20 activation payment is approved and identity and age verification have been approved.
Bookings & Safety
How does a booking work?
Choose a creator, review the profile and rate, select an available booking time and follow the booking/payment flow. Keep the agreed activity lawful and respectful.
How should I stay safe when meeting someone?
Prefer public or familiar places, tell a trusted person where you are going, control your own transport, protect your personal information and leave if you feel unsafe.
What is Safety Mode?
Where available, Safety Mode is designed for an active booking: it can support a temporary safety session, location sharing and emergency alerts. Location is not intended to be displayed publicly.
Are sexual services allowed?
No. Sexual services, prostitution, trafficking, exploitation, coercion, meetings involving minors and other illegal activity are strictly prohibited.
What if I see a scam, harassment or unsafe profile?
Use the platform's report/block features and provide relevant details to ELYRA support. If there is immediate danger in India, call 112 first.
Privacy & Support
Will my home address or live location be public?
No. Public profiles should use city/area-level information rather than a private residential address or exact real-time location.
Can I delete my account information?
You can request account-data deletion through support. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, transaction, security or fraud-prevention reasons.
