ELYRA is an 18+ platform for lawful social companionship and activities. We aim to collect and use information that is reasonably needed to operate accounts, profiles, bookings, payments, verification and safety features.

1. Information we collect

Depending on your use of ELYRA, we may collect account information such as name, email, phone number, age, city and area. Creator profiles may include photos, biography, availability, gender and hourly rate.

2. Identity verification

Creators may be asked to submit a supported government ID and selfie for manual identity and age verification. This information is used for safety, scam/fraud prevention and platform trust. Verification documents are not intended for unauthorized or unrelated use. Access to verification information should be limited to authorized review and security processes.

3. Booking information

We may store booking date, time, duration, amount, notes, meeting information and status so that bookings and safety features can operate.

4. Payments

Payment records may include plan, amount, transaction reference and status. ELYRA does not intend to store complete card credentials, UPI PINs or banking passwords. Payment providers may process payment information under their own policies.

5. Location & Safety Mode

If Safety Mode or another location feature is offered, location access is permission-based. Public profiles should use city/area information rather than a private home address or exact live location. Safety-session location is intended for the relevant safety purpose and should not be displayed as public profile information.

Safety, abuse, scam and fraud prevention.

Security, reliability and service improvement.

7. Information sharing

Necessary information may be shared with service providers that support authentication, hosting, databases, payments, communications and security. We do not intend to sell personal information to advertisers. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to protect users, safety or the platform.

8. Public profiles

Only information intended for public profile display should be visible publicly. Passwords, verification documents, private credentials and unnecessary internal identifiers should never be exposed through public pages.

9. Security

ELYRA uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No internet service can promise absolute security. Never share passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs or banking credentials through profiles, chats or support messages.

10. Retention & deletion

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information where applicable. Certain records may need to be retained for legal, transaction, security or fraud-prevention purposes.

11. Adults only

ELYRA is strictly for people aged 18 and above. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact support immediately so appropriate action can be taken.
