18+ only. ELYRA is for lawful social companionship and activities. Sexual services, prostitution, exploitation, harassment and illegal activity are strictly prohibited.

1. Acceptance & eligibility

By using ELYRA, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

2. Platform purpose

ELYRA provides technology for discovering people and arranging lawful social companionship and agreed activities. ELYRA does not facilitate prostitution, sexual services or illegal transactions.

3. Creator verification

Creators may be required to complete a one-time activation payment and manual identity and age verification before their profile becomes active. Verification helps with safety and fraud prevention but is not a guarantee of a user's future conduct.

4. Bookings

Users must keep bookings lawful, respectful and consistent with the agreed activity. Availability and acceptance may depend on the creator. ELYRA does not guarantee that a particular creator, meeting or booking will be available or suitable.

5. Subscriptions & payments

Booking access may require an active subscription. Current customer plans are ₹199/month and ₹699/year. Prices and applicable terms are shown in the payment flow. Users must not bypass payment systems or manipulate transaction records.

6. Creator commercial terms

ELYRA currently advertises 0% platform fee on creator bookings, so creators currently keep 100% of booking earnings, subject to applicable payment and commercial terms. The one-time creator activation fee is currently ₹20 when required.

7. Prohibited conduct

Sexual services or prostitution.
Trafficking, exploitation or coercion.
Minors or attempts to arrange meetings with minors.
Harassment, stalking, threats or violence.
Impersonation, scams or fraudulent payments.
Misuse of personal data, IDs or private images.
Illegal goods, services or activities.

8. Safety features

ELYRA may provide reporting, blocking, temporary Safety Mode, location sharing or emergency alert features. These tools are designed to support safer use but cannot guarantee personal safety and do not replace emergency services. In India, call 112 for immediate danger.

9. Account action

ELYRA may restrict, suspend or remove accounts or profiles that violate these Terms, create safety risks, engage in fraud or misuse the platform. Users may stop using the service at any time.

10. Privacy

Use of ELYRA is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected and used.

11. Disclaimer

ELYRA is a technology platform. Users remain responsible for their own conduct, decisions, lawful behavior and personal safety. No online platform can eliminate all risks.

12. Changes

These Terms may be updated as the platform develops or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published here.
